GenLit: Kabataang Pinuno is an enlightening and engaging training program for the youth on transformational leadership, digital citizenship, and community involvement and service. It is a program by Pinas Forward which is a nationwide movement for youth leadership and nation-building.
The Philippine Association for Media and Information Literacy (PAMIL) has the opportunity to be a partner organization in two GenLit: Kabataang Pinuno webinar series. The first webinar was held on June 25, 2021, at 1:00-4:00 PM Manila Time and the second one was held on July 23, 2021, at 1:00-4:00 PM Manila Time.
These webinars are free and open to teachers and students. The following topics were covered in the two webinar series: Leadership Literacies, Citizenship Literacies, and Digital Literacies.
