A webinar titled “Safe, Savvy, and Social: Unlocking the principles of digital citizenship” by MovePH was spearheaded and moderated by Mr. Patrick Enest Celso, LPT. The said webinar aims to hone media, information, and digital literacy skills among participants.
The webinar was held on December 17, 2021 (Friday) at 1:00 PM via Zoom. It was free and open to all, especially teachers, students, and advocates of media and information literacy.
The virtual event covered the following topics: Educate: Utilizing Digital Marketing Tools, Empower: Fact-checking news and information, Respect: Producing Ethical Media Content, Protect: Representing the virtual self.
